All sales are final on fundraiser items.

We do not offer refunds.  However, we will allow customers to bring back items and be given a credit toward a similar item.

In order to return items for like-item credit, the purchased item must be returned to RePete Candle + Coffee Bar in the same condition as it was at time of purchase.  If new item is more expensive than credit, customer is responsible for the difference.  If new item is less expensive than credit, the customer understands that the unused credit is forfeited.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Delivery delays may occur due to carrier problems.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once the item(s) is received by the carrier.
